Talmud Torah Moriah is situated in the Old City, opposite the Temple Mount, with a mission to educate the children of Israel on Taharat HaKodesh, to live a Torah life, Yirat Shamayim and Midot Tovot, in the spirit of the redeeming Torah founded by Rav Avraham Yitzchak HaCohen Kook זצ"ל and Rav Zvi Yehuda Cook זצ"ל, and under the presidency of Rabbi Amiel Sternberg Shlita, head of the Har Hamor Yeshiva and Rabbi Aviner Shlita, head of Yeshivat Ateret Cohanim.
In the Talmud Torah, there is a high quality and unique curriculum, which builds and strengthens the natural divine nature of children, and fills them with the love and knowledge of Torah, Yirat Shamayim, Midot Tovot, joy of life and the love of good.
The children come from the Old City and its surroundings (City of David, Maale Zeitim, Abu Tor and Nof Zion, etc.) and other parts of the city, for example: Kiryat Moshe, Kiryat Yuval, Har Homa and Pisgat Ze'ev, and more.
